In our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Diazyme Laboratories is taking major steps towards reducing our environmental footprint by going green! One of the key initiatives in this effort is the transition to a paperless system for our product documentation.

Simplified Access to Important Documents

To achieve this, we’ve launched TechDocs—a new platform that allows users to access and download essential documents such as Instructions for Use (IFUs), Package Inserts, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and product parameters. By moving these materials online, we significantly reduce paper consumption while offering a more streamlined and efficient experience for our customers.

What does this mean for you? Moving forward, you will no longer find physical inserts inside your product kits. Instead, you’ll find a small card containing a QR code within your product packaging. By simply scanning the code, you’ll be taken directly to our TechDocs site to access the information you need.

How to Access Diazyme TechDocs

Accessing your documents is simple and secure. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Locate the QR Code: Inside your product’s packaging, you will find a card with a QR code. 
2. Scan the Code: Use your smartphone or device to scan the QR code. This will automatically direct you to the TechDocs website.
3. Don't Have a QR code? Visit the site directly at techdocs.diazyme.com, or at Diazyme.com and click on "Technical Documentation" in the top menu.
4. Create Your Profile: On your first visit, you’ll need to create a username and password. Your profile will be screened and approved within 1-3 business days for security and privacy purposes.
5. Navigate the Site: Once logged in, head to the "Products" page to find your desired document. Select “download” to save the necessary file to your device.
6. Future Visits: For subsequent visits, you can log in using your registered username and password.
